1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZIDI app, website, and services provided by ZIDI MOBILITY LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Rental

• All rentals are self-drive only.
• Renters are responsible for fuel during the rental period.
• Late returns will incur a penalty of KES 500 per hour.
• Renters are liable for any damages incurred during the rental.

3. Vehicle Owners

• Vehicle owners are responsible for insurance, maintenance, and roadworthiness.
• Vehicles must be verified and approved before listing.
• Owners receive payments after successful bookings, minus service fees.

4. Cancellations

Bookings cancelled by the renter will incur a flat fee of KES 500. ZIDI reserves the right to cancel bookings if necessary due to safety or compliance issues.

5. User Conduct

All users must provide accurate information and adhere to local laws and traffic regulations while using ZIDI services.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZIDI is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages arising from rentals, unless directly caused by platform negligence.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
